1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. Orders are dispatched from our central warehouse in Delhi NCR.

3. Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking link via SMS once your package is dispatched.

5. Express Shipping
Express delivery is available in select cities for an additional charge (₹199). This option can be selected during checkout, if eligible based on PIN code.
6. Multiple Items in an Order
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately, depending on stock availability. You will receive separate tracking details for each shipment, if applicable.
7. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to reach you after two attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery can be arranged with an additional shipping charge.
8. Undeliverable/Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, unreachable phone numbers, or absence at delivery location.
9. Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
If your package appears damaged or tampered with:
1. Do not accept the parcel.
2. Ask the delivery agent to record it as “Damaged/Refused.”
3. Notify us immediately via WhatsApp Support.
10. Tracking Your Order
You can track your order using the tracking link sent via SMS. Alternatively, visit the “Track My Order” section on our website.
